My experience in ordering this product was a mixed bag. I give two ratings: 4 stars for the product itself; 3 for the service associated with it. Product: I never seem to be able to deliver more than 60 W according to the System Profiler even though the adapter is rated to 85 W. Additionally, the unit as a whole seems slightly less sturdy than the old first-party Apple charger it replaced. Nevertheless, it is performing as intended, and with the 2-year warranty I'm confident it'll last as long as I need it to. Hence, 4 stars. Service: I've been simultaneously impressed and dismayed at multiple points in the ordering process. Impressed by: • Rapid delivery • Willing to reship for free after first unit failed to show up -- even though tracking indicated it had! • Quick responsiveness to emails (but see next bullet) Dismayed by: • Irresponsiveness to messages sent using THIS VERY WEBSITE'S message utility -- days went by before I reissued contact by email. • Failure to deliver a tracking number the second time until I explicitly asked for it. • General failure of the website to update for the reorder. All in all, these things average out: 3 stars for service. If you issue contact via email right off the bat, though, your experience is likely to be much better.
